Canine & Feline Wellness Plan

Dogs and cats age at a much faster rate than people. Your pet's medical and nutritional needs change as their bodies age. A SmartCare plan helps manage their evolving health care needs by monitoring vital organ function and detecting problems early, before they become life threatening.

Our adult SmartCare plans include all necessary examinations, vaccines, laboratory tests and other services essential to protect your pet against illness and disease. Certain plans provide additional services such as routine dental cleanings, radiographs, and more extensive bloodwork. Our goal at New Fairfield Animal Hospital is to keep your pet healthy and happy all through out their lifetime.

Adult SmartCare plans are designed for pets over 7 months of age.

Restrictions:

• Pet must be healthy to enroll.
• Dental cleanings include anesthesia, cleaning, and polishing only. There may be additional fees for catheter/fluids ($85) or tooth extractions (to be determined) in senior patients.
• Plan is nontransferable.
